  • Run away!

    December 26, 2020
    From the moment the new management company (Draper & Kramer) took over last year, things went downhill fast. They keep the outside looking nice, but the inside is a different story. The stairwells are disgusting now, things are constantly breaking (property wide internet, elevators, & parking garage gate to name a few) & not being repaired in a timely fashion, but worst of all is the new staff. It all starts with the property manager; she has a terrible attitude and should you need to get a hold ...
    of someone from the leasing office....good luck. I promise you don't want to live here. Don't walk...run away!

  • Cheapest in the Area for a Reason - Not the Worst Though

    This property is cheapest in the area for a reason - guest parking is atrocious. You get one guest pass for the entire apartment and they get to choose between a dozen spots outside or the fifth floor (which is an upgrade, so not complaining on the addition of that). Any other guests are allowed to park in the 3 spots on the street. The worst part is the communication by the leasing staff/management. You're better off sending smoke signals than trying to call or email, as you'll have to follow ...
    up constantly and finally get a measly response after 3 weeks of trying. I have not had many issues here other than those listed above. I would have easily renewed if they offered additional guest passes for purchase or rent. The communication issues aren't a biggie unless you truly need something. The property is kept up nice, it's newer too. I don't regret my time here, but I will be moving on to something better.

  • Don't live here if you want to have visitors...

    Don't live here if you ever want to have a guest...there are less than 20 visitor parking spots for a 300 unit building. Visitors can't park in the garage. If your guests have lottery-winning luck and get one of the very few visitor spots, it's probably going to be a long walk to get to your place since 2 of the 3 elevators seem to be permanently broken. The leasing agent should tell people beforehand and let them decide if they want to live with such severely limited parking. I've talked ...
    with everyone at the office, including the manager and they can't offer any solution. They say they are working on it, but the reviews indicate this problem is more than a year old. If they don't have a solution at this point, then I don't think there is a solution. #crestfallen@crestlascolinas
