The entire complex has trash all over. I barely see management come around on their golf cart to keep the place looking nice. There's broken doors on some of the units. Cops are always there. The place is dirty and has an infestation of bugs. Such a gross place.

Cant believe how i was treated when i moved out, i was good tenant and upon leaving i received a bill for Ridiculous charges. Really i left it immaculate. I put up with this place way to long. If you want to know the truth about what your getting into go there and walk around any evening and you will see what you are getting into... this is your warning, go see it for yourself!

The management is changing rules after I've been here for 4 years. From small things like having grills to making the complex non smoking and the list could go on. Not to mention rent goes up $50 in three years and this year is double that.
