I have lived here for 1 year. I should have known when the rental office wasn't on site and no one would answer the phone that this would be a bad experience. I do love the living space in my apartment but hate that the overall storage space is limited. I was promised a free garage when I moved in and that never happened. When they finally agreed to give me a garage, it was on the other side of the property. The amount of noise coming from upstairs neighbors is enough to startle you right out of
...your sleep! New construction doesn't always mean GOOD...the windows are cheap and they actually froze over on the inside last winter. Parking is a nightmare! There are more residents than spots. Guests are required to park on a side street and walk down to the property. If you come home after 10PM you will not get a spot in the lot. There are only 3 guest spots on the entire property and the same 3 cars have been parked in those spots since January...NEVER MOVING! Lets not forget the neighborhood kids that live in the trashy townhomes across the street, stay on the property tearing things up and cursing at residents.
The lease agreement has lots of hidden fees...$50 for water a month, $30 admin fees at move-out that they take from your deposit, just to name a few...sooooo overall our stay has been unpleasant. I definitely would not recommend Crossroad Apartments to anyone.
