March 3, 2025Love the apartment here. In unit washer/dryer is so awesome! Love having a patio to sit on & relax. Great to have a garage for my car, especially in the winter. Feel so safe having a secure building. Really appreciate the property manager as she’s always watching out to ensure the property is safe & secure. A True Home
November 7, 2019Crown Apartments is a secure, cozy & community friendly place to live at. The apartment we renewed our lease for is adorable & spacious & includes a balcony, an in unit washer & dryer, a dish machine, & a garage. Any appliance issues we’ve had maintenance has taken care of swiftly. We have made it a very comfortable home with very kind neighboring units! The landlord/property manager is very kind & works with you. Nice place to live quiet and clean
June 19, 2019I have to write a review because seems like only people who aren’t happy about something post their opinions on websites.I have to say the Crown apartments are a lot better than what these people say .The hallways are clean and apartments are nice,Very home like feeling. I do know that there were people that lived here that wrote reviews only because they were not good tenants and a lot of people here are happy that they are not living here anymore. I will say never had a problem with packages ...being delivered and most people that live here are nice and not problem causing pretty much keep to them self’s. I have rented most my life and there is always going to be some people in a complex that are complaining and don’t respect property or others that is just the way people are. I have to say for renting this is a nice place and Kami the property manager is great to work with ,friendly and helpful. I would tell people that are friends and family of mine to live here and I am someone who likes a clean place to live with quite neighbors and good management. Everything you could want in an apartment!
August 21, 2018I absolutely love my apartment! It has everything that I need. I get a nice big garage, washer and dryer in my unit, and central air! You can’t beat it for the price. You still feel very much in the heart of Rochester however the apartment feels are quiet and relaxing away from the hustle and bustle. Very quiet and relaxing!
August 17, 2018We have lived at Crown for a couple years now and love our apartment and the neighborhood! Our private patio is serene and overlooks trees and residential yards. The new owners have done a great job of cleaning up the place and getting better quality residents. Overall its a nice complex and not so big that you wont know who your neighbors are. Great Place to Live
October 1, 2015I have lived at the Crown for 3 years and have never had any issues. The apartment building is kept and the apartments and clean and up to date. I have lived in two different lay outs, both layouts were spacious, had plenty of storage and nice natural light. I rarely ever hear my neighbors. The only down side of the Crown is the parking, specially in the winter. Maintenance request are addressed quickly, which I have only needed to make 1 the whole time I have lived here. July 20, 2015We have lived at Crown Apartments for well over a year and a half. We love the our apartment and the unique views, spacious kitchen, and bedrooms and it's great location. Any time we have had any type of maintenance concern the maintenance technicians are quick to come to the rescue even after hours, on holidays, and weekends.
