April 10, 2024Manager and Maintenance keep property clean. Problems are dealt with promptly. Both are very polite and respectful. When maintenance has to come in home to fix something; he is very respectful of tenants property. He always cleans up any mess that was made. We have been 15 years. Management and staff
April 1, 2024I am still living here after 4 years. I am aging now and anything I call in for to be fixed is done immediately. I have good neighbors and in all honesty why get into another neighborhood that I wouldn't give a nickel too. It is quiet just the way I like it. There are some children here, but more an adult community with simple amenities. I have a very nice property manager too. I have the best of both worlds here.
