Jim, the old owner, was a gem. He was here almost every weekend maintaining the common areas and foliage, gardening, and responding to maintenance requests. New owners are nice, but it's an organization. They're never here. Plants are overgrown. I've seen some residents out pulling weeds or sweeping the stairwells. Anything that needs to be done, they're doing it. Hopefully CHNW will stop by every once in a while to maintain the property or it'll go downhill fast.

We're in the midst of hiring a new landscaping company who will be assisting the property with ongoing maintenance. I stayed in my apartment for over 6 years, and couldn't have asked for a better experience! Jim is the most caring landlord and one of the kindest humans I have ever met. Repairs and any questions/concerns were always handled in a timely and efficient manner. Communications about the property were always handled well. Jim is always working to update and maintain the property, with new exterior paint, trimming overgrown trees in the parking lot, building a smoking shed outside for those that want ...

When I first moved in, there were thoughtful little touches like new in-sink drying rank, cutting board, and baking sheet. The paint was fresh, the floors seemed new as well.
I would always rent from Jim if I was renting, but am moving out of state. You will not be disappointed staying here!

I have been renting from the Lyons for over 6 six years. Any questions, concerns, repairs are always handled timely and in a friendly manner. In addition, the care put into the small property is considerable. When I arrived, I had a freshly painted apartment with new floors. When in for repairs, due to a leak on another apartment, the owner kindly replaced an aging light fixture and added a shelf in the bathroom. Also seen new exterior paint, tiling, and fencing since moving in. Looking ...
