watch out. rent goes up 50.00-100 each time you release. Then they only give you 8 month lease so they can take another 100.00. It might be ok. But companies do not pay us enough to live in these apartments anymore. So you should buy house.....

I have lived at Cypress Lake for almost a month now. When I moved in, the office staff was very patient in explaining everything that I needed to have with me, and my move in process was quick and easy. My apartment is beautiful, and the one time I had a maintenance issue it was resolved immediately. I am so happy with this community, and have told friends who are looking for a place that this is where they should go!!

Good lucking finding a parking spot

Pros Apartments are decent, standard appliances nothing fancy. You get what you pay for and rent is of average price in the area if not cheaper than other apartments. (Price on this website is incorrect) I never have any noise issues, I will sometimes hear footsteps of the residents above me. Management staff are really friendly. Maintenance have always fixed any issues within a couple days Cons The complex charge you for a communal WIFi of $13 a month which is ridiculous You will never find ...
a parking space close to your apartment. Parking here is terrible, they do not enforce towing of cars without parking permits and I have personally never seen a tow truck. I finish work late at night and I often have to walk through the entire complex to get to my apartment this is especially frustrating if I have groceries etc...

Its really hard to say the minimum rate they are keeping in Apartment.com to attract customers, while you are going to them or visiting their site, there is around $200-$300 base rate difference. It will be better if both remain same. Also, if you go to their site, number of availability are also different, and as per them, Apartment.com is not updating the details frequently.

When we first viewed these apartment, we fell in love! But unfortunately there were none available. We put our names on the wait list and after days of the staff working with us way past what their job description required them to, we got our apartment. Once we moved in, there were some issues with the apartment. My fiancé and I were not too happy about these, but we put in a maintenance request and they were fixed that day. I will say that everything about this apartment isn't perfect, but ...
the staff goes above and beyond to make sure they fix things and make it right. You can tell the owners higher wonderful people with great customer service because of all the apartments I have lived at, this one by far has the best team of any. Love living at Cypress Lake and we are so lucky to be taken care of!

Cypress lakes at soon briar offer some of the best rates in the city of frisco. Located near stone briar mall and shopping center you will find it convenient as well. Watch out for hidden fees in rent cost. Your base rent can auickly become expensive. The only negatives are the unavoidable wifi fees and restrictions on grilling. Other than that they have a great workout facility and indoor basket ball court as well as two pool. Did I mention Cowboys practice stadium is being built down the ...
