Best Apt Manager, Great Cimmunity

I have lived here for many, many years and have had 3 different managers at this complex and I can say without a doubt, Sharon is the best manager by far! She has built a community here whereas prior to her managing DC, no one knew nor talked to each other. Not only is Sharon responsible for the strong sense of community and friendliness here, she goes above and beyond in her manager duties. Maintenance is timely and efficient and grounds and interior upkeep are well maintained. I can't imagine ...

Bite Size Fun Apartment Community with Personality

This place is the best! I have lived at several places in La Mesa, and Dailey Court is by far the best. I would highly recommend DC to anyone looking for a small community vibe with easy access to all of La Mesa and San Diego. Trader Joes, and all the great new places in downtown La Mesa are a 10 minute walk away. The community has a cool shaped pool, BBQ area, and its small and quaint, super quiet, which is great. “neighborhood” like. The thing that sets this place apart though is the staff. Sharon the manager is worlds above any manager I have dealt with previously. She is on it if there is ever an issue or problem and in quick to check back to make sure everything is going as it should. On top of that awesomeness, our Maintenance Guy, Louis, is incredible. He is personable and knows what he is doing - definitely the do it right the first time kind of guy, which I appreciate. Do not hesitate to come check out DC if you are looking for a great place to live.

My sister lives down the street and I was looking for a new apartment. Saw a listing for this one and stopped by - no appointment. The manager was just pulling up and it was misty and a little cold that day. She had her hands full but quickly saw me and asked how she could help. She took me on a tour up to a one bedroom and I really got the sense that she loved this place and was happy to work here. She asked me what I was looking and really was interested in what I had to say. How ...

refreshing! We talked for about 15 minutes and regrettably, they don't participate in the program I am in, but man I would have loved to live here. The apartment was clean and cute, the manager lives there, the yard was nice, and the pool was great. She did give me the number to their main office to see if they had something that might work for me though, gave me a water while we talked too. As I mentioned it was mostly and I had to walk back to the trolly. When she saw me walking she came and stopped me and she and her husband drove me to the station - saving me a 10 minute wet walk.

I have been living at Dailey Court for over a decade. It's such a nice little complex. My neighbors are nice, my managers are awesome, and it's super cat friendly. The location is convenient to everything! Best of all are the low rent prices. Love it here.
