Expensive. Not worth it. NO real security even if they say it's FOB secured. Anyone can go to Garage and jump into corridor and have access to the apartments. Garage is right by your windows and very loud!

Love this place!

The staff goes above and beyond to make sure your questions are answered and that you are satisfied. The location is perfect also, 2 min walking distance to downtown McKinney but also easy access to the highway to reach Allen and Plano. It’s also a plus that it’s brand new so there still are so many exciting things coming up! The community is diverse and so friendly. Perfect for all types of people and families.

OMG, finally! We've been waiting for someone to put some apartments downtown. Above all, this area beats downtown Frisco, or Plano. This place has an onside dog wash, bike storage, huge fitness center, courtyard, & a dog park. The best part is the ability to live in Downtown McKinney. You can literally walk to your morning coffee shop, restaurants, and of course the local pub. These are the ONLY apartments in the area and I'm pumped to have the option. If you haven't been to downtown McKinney you ...
haven't seen suburban living with an urban lifestyle.
