October 7, 2021Ive been here for 3 months and its decent. The apartment is nice its just a couple things I dont like. For starters its roach infested .we all pay a monthly extermination fee but no real extermination is done. Whatsoever, they leave little white roach catchers as if that fixes the problem & it doesnt. Secondly when addressed about it nothing more was done no spraying or anything even when requested specifically my email was ignored. Thirdly my A/c has been working off an on MOSTLY off for the ...last 3 months, my air filter is filthy Ive been complaining & supposedly they fixed the issue twice yet I feel no change & its extremely hot & I have a pregnant significant other. 4th they literally give notices on eviction 10 days late on rent & send out at-least 2-3 notifications reminding us to pay rent & its always on time. As well as the late fees for late rent yet when its time for them to hold up there end and provide a comfortable living environment its a problem or not worth responding too or addressing ASAP. To me theres just a lack of professionalism, no one deserves to pay for an exterminator but not receive treatment rather its only a couple dollars or not it adds up, and no one deserves to be in the heat and having these type of problems not be addressed in there very first months living in the complex its unacceptable.Property Manager Responded
