Maintenance is a NIGHTMARE
March 24, 2025They've been through 4 maintenance guys in 1 year. Take forever to get anything fixed, have walls that let you hear your neighbors. Only upside is the location.Review from Apartments.com

New Owners
February 11, 2021Langley Apartments has recently taken over ownership of DelRay Townhomes and has improved the property so much in a short time. There is mulch around the flower beds, the parking lot has been repaved, painted, and numbered, and the dumpster has been replaced with one that actual holds a weeks worth of garbage for the complex. They are quick to respond to maintenance emails and will send someone to look into issues even if they think it's something small.Property Manager Responded

February 5, 2021Delray Townhomes possess considerable accommodations for comfortable community living that feels like home. The new renovations implemented by Langley are impeccable. New patio's,a newly paved surface lot with assigned parking. New carpet/ vinyl flooring and new appliances. The property manager and staff are eager to address any concerns their residents may have. February 5, 2021I recently moved into Delray Townhomes. I had a great experience with the application process. It was easy, quick and before I knew it, I was living in my new townhome. What I like most about living at Delray Townhomes, is that it is convenient to my job, restaurants and it is tucked away.
