February 11, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comLangley Apartments has recently taken over ownership of DelRay Townhomes and has improved the property so much in a short time. There is mulch around the flower beds, the parking lot has been repaved, painted, and numbered, and the dumpster has been replaced with one that actual holds a weeks worth of garbage for the complex. They are quick to respond to maintenance emails and will send someone to look into issues even if they think it's something small.Property Manager Responded

February 5, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comDelray Townhomes possess considerable accommodations for comfortable community living that feels like home. The new renovations implemented by Langley are impeccable. New patio's,a newly paved surface lot with assigned parking. New carpet/ vinyl flooring and new appliances. The property manager and staff are eager to address any concerns their residents may have. All these amenities and more make this property a desirable location to call home.
