Property manager won’t fix major repairs
September 12, 2022It’s fenced in but your property will still be stolen. Management is a joke. They will tell you to submit it to their “portal” that they never look at. Property manager will read your texts about major issues and won’t care. You’ll hear airplanes day and night. Not worth staying here to save a few bucks.Review from Apartments.com

simple yet everything you could want
July 20, 2015Desert Village is a bit pricey for the area it is in, but to have in unit washing machine and dryer, fridge, and actual a/C instead of a swamp cooler it is absolutely worth it. It's also within walking distances from shopping for everyday needs, not specialty boutiques and neighbors two different colleges, but has gated property so you're not fighting for parking.Review from Apartments.com
