Cozy property, uncoordinated management
February 5, 2025Since transitioning from Indio to Perry property management, the peace of living here has evaporated. New fees and higher existing fees with no communication, new clunky resident portal that adding nothing but fees to pay rent. This complex doesn't have amenities. No pool, limited parking that is mostly uncovered, two overfilled misplaced dumpsters, and a severe lack of insulation that yields high utility costs in season peaks. It was made worth it by a reasonable rent and a hands off management. ...Not so anymore.
