Don't be fooled by the photos

False advertisement is all I can say. My roommate and re-let a unit at the Domain for the summer, mainly because of its pool and gym. Our unit had not been cleaned and was filthy when we moved in. We did not get to use "the largest pool in Waco" once. It was closed a week after our arrival in May and did not re-open before we moved out at the end of July. We were told the gym would be open 24/7. We were not told that our entry keys would not work and we would only be able to use the gym by ...

entering through the office during business hours. Not to mention, most of the exercise machines that made the gym so appealing were out of order and could not even be used. I asked repeatedly about these issues before giving up because no one seemed to have any interest in resolving them.

I’ll admit it’s been a rocky road with management and staff in the past three years that I’ve lived here. However after running into some recent issues with other residence or staff the new property manager, Shay, was extremely helpful with getting those issues resolved. So far I can tell he really cares about the property and it’s residents old and new, which was not the case with previous management, which I appreciate from him. Student living isn't going to be perfect by any means. It's inexpensive, and has its flaws, but it overall does the job. It's a safe area, close to campus, and is overall decent. Recommended if you have a budget to stick to and if you want to be near campus and ammenidities.

This will be my second year living at the Domain. What I love most about the Domain is the modern amenities. I love that my apartment is close to school & work which is very convenient. The only downside is that the outdoor hallways are dirty and the walls are thin (which I expect in an apt building no matter where you go). So far I've been satisfied living here and have no major complaints!

I just moved in this past August and everything has been great so far! First, they were very helpful and accommodating when I requested to move and I was able to get exactly what I wanted! The room did have some problems when I first moved in, but maintenance was very quick and thorough when getting it done. I love the location and atmosphere! However, the cable is a little off and I wish the fitness room hours were more than just office hours. Overall though I love it here; everyone is so nice ...

and helpful. They had fun activities for their welcome week and I cant wait to see what they have next! I love it here and I plan to stay for the rest of my time in Waco!

Terrible service. Management changes constantly and the pool they brag about is always green and always closed. Random workers will come into your room with no notice violating your lease and the manager will do nothing about it. High crime rates and I have witnessed multiple arrests. No longer student living.
