October 19, 2017Segments of the common area and in most units are in serious disrepair... that includes heating and or hot water...leaking from either pipes or the roof is frequent,disabled intercom system inhibiting ability to conduct business of receiving mailed packages...the servailence system is disabled, no units are weatherized with storm windows, maintenance based work orders are rarely addressed,management is here only two or three days a week corporate office will not answer phones and there mold and ...mice and roaches throughout the building these code violation are criminal at best and lastly, there are no live in maintenance personnel to address issues nights or weekendsRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
