Draper Place Signature Apartment Homes are unlike any others in Charlotte. The property/decor is finely appointed - both in and out - and the apartments are beautiful and extremely spacious. I looked at apartments for many months and when I found Draper Place, my search was immediately over.

This is a wonderful place to live. Just in the last 2-3 months, I have been able to have several of my friends here for visits/for dinner, and they are always so complimentary of the location and of my apartment! It is just a great place to be for many different reasons: it’s a secure location, it’s so attractive overall, it’s private but friendly, and I love the neighborhood we are in!!

We have considered Draper Place our "home" since we first viewed the property. Every detail is taken into consideration; from the boutique feel of the property, the personal concierge who is there for you at every turn, the professional staff on duty and of course the best location. We never thought downsizing would work for us, but the units are spacious, beautifully decorated and kept looking beautiful! We are so glad to have found Draper Place!
