Constant Pool Disturbances – No Action from Management
Living at The Dune Apartments has become extremely frustrating. The pool is constantly being used after hours, with loud noise, music, and large groups — many of whom don’t even seem to be residents. Despite multiple complaints, management continues to ignore the issue, and security is either nonexistent or completely unresponsive.
It’s clear that the rules here are not enforced, and the well-being of actual residents is not a priority. ...
Night after night, we’re forced to deal with the same disturbances, and nothing changes. If you’re looking for a peaceful, well-managed community — this is not it.
