Ongoing Pool Disturbance
June 16, 2025Constant Pool Disturbances – No Action from Management Living at The Dune Apartments has become extremely frustrating. The pool is constantly being used after hours, with loud noise, music, and large groups — many of whom don’t even seem to be residents. Despite multiple complaints, management continues to ignore the issue, and security is either nonexistent or completely unresponsive. It’s clear that the rules here are not enforced, and the well-being of actual residents is not a priority. ...Night after night, we’re forced to deal with the same disturbances, and nothing changes. Current resident 3yrs, fine not great
December 7, 2022Good - The complex is visually nice looking, fairly clean within the property walls/gates, up to date units. Bad - can only get ahold of management by physically going into the office. The web portal that you use to pay rent has a messaging area but no response to complaints or questions is ever received via the web portal. Have a problem? You have to go into the office or it won’t be resolved. Also, the parking is garbage. Only one parking pass is given per unit for covered spots yet uncovered ...spots are very few except for the center of the complex which is far from most units. They’ll tag your car for not having a pass but not blink an eye at a car blocking the EV chargers for days…go figure.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
TERRIBLE SERVICE
April 6, 2021I have been staying here for 14 months.. i am counting the time to move out from here, just waiting my lease date.. The service is terrible, i got problem with dishwasher and they have not fixed it since 1 month.. during this time we have been washing all dishes by hand.. the problem is still there.. and this is just one of the problem i am sharing.. i had many of them.. you just put service request in their system but nobody take care of what you need.. like a nightmare... management is ...unprofessional.. i went there to talk to property manager but even she was inside, she did not come out to talk and explain.. just sitting there and not taking care of anything. I strongly do not recommend this property.. just be far from this complex.. it does not make any sense to pay that much money for this terrible service providers.. they are not helpers..Property Manager Responded

Very thin walls and poor management
July 22, 2020If you’re hard working and looking for peaceful quiet place to relax and enjoy at the end of the day, this isn’t it! Living here feels like student housing. The walls are very thin. You will hear noise all around you daily; people yelling, partying, arguing, doors squeaking and slamming. Imagine coming home after a long day and wanting to relax or get some much needed rest. You won’t! Most times it goes on till about 6am. If you have an issue, the office staff will not reply to your emails or ...letters. They don’t really care, and it’s really sad because the staff can either make or brake a company’s reputation. The manager and staff at this property are getting paid to do pretty much nothing. Parking may be another issue for you because guests park where they’re not permitted, and parking violations aren’t being enforced. Security patrols the property on foot at night. You can call security if you have a problem. However, they’re not much help. For what you get and have to go through, Dune LV apartments are overpriced. The apartment looks nice online, but it’s built cheap. The cabinets are cheap and fall apart easily. The appliances are cheap too. I wouldn’t recommend this property. After a month, you’ll feel cheated and will be ready to leave. Don’t fall for the glitz and glam. It’s just good marketing!Property Manager Responded
