April 6, 2023Please don't live here. I had to suffer through an entire year of horrible neighbors, incompetent landlords, broken windows, damaged cars, stolen parking spots, drunk college kids, and a lot more. The landlord who rents this property could care less about you. My bathroom sink was rotten through the day I moved in, I texted the landlord almost immediately about it and kept being told it would "be fixed soon". 11 months later they showed up to fix it. Drunk college kids from the strip will keep ...you u all night and in multiple instance urinate and damage your car. The landlord will refuse to return you're deposit and when she does will take off $200 for carpet cleaning even after hiring a professional service to clean your floors and carpet. PLEASE DONT LIVE HERE. Rent seems super cheap and the rooms they show you look nice but the room you end up in will not be worth what you will have to go through.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
