Great Value for Oceanview
September 18, 2019I love living here! I have been a resident for over 3 years and couldn't be happier. The office staff is always super friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is also on point! There is always someone on site, so I never have to wait long to get something fixed. They are even open on Saturday, which is super convenient since I work during the week. I also love the fact that there is a private pool during the summer ?. Great atmosphere! I highly recommend this place to anyone!Review from Apartments.com

February 15, 2019We recently moved to Easy Bay apartments and we were scared on the process of applying to them. We were uncomfortable because this is the first time my fiance and I applied to a place together and there was a lot of things we had to sign and information we had to give the leasing office. But they eased all our anxiety and made it easy for us. The staff here is unbelievably amazing, they're patient, kind, friendly, and overall sweet people. They're always so eager to help out with all our ...questions and apartment maintenance. The maintenance guy that came to our apartment (I wish I knew his) is THE NICEST gentleman I've ever met in my entire life. You could tell he really liked his job and helping us out. It made us feel good because we know if we ever have a problem, they'll be here right away to make our home as great as possible. We put in a minor maintenance issue and they were here less than 12 hours after we put it in, they're on top of their game!!! Being next to the beach is an awesome extra, you're only a block away, which we love. We never have to worry about parking in the summer that way! I'm really happy that we decided to rent from East Bay, I think you would be too!!!Property Manager Responded

Sad I am leaving
May 25, 2018I have been here for three years and if I wasn't leaving the state I would still be here. The staff is super professional and knowledgeable. Come as soon as you have an issue. The apartments are spacious and priced great for the location. Never had issues with my neighbors and feel like I have my own private beach. Not to mention the pool that is always clean and up to date. They even helped me find my new place in Florida who does that. by East Bay Apartments you will be missedProperty Manager Responded
