Lived here for 4 years, property management is a mess and maintenance staff is extremely rude.
After multiple attempts to have them assess our bathroom and the sinking floor, they finally agreed to remodel and deal with the sinking floor and black mold. What they said would be 5 days took nearly 2 weeks.
Another incident was a time the staff was remodeling the apartment above us and left the water running which caused the ceiling to collapse and water damage in our apartment.
Don’t waste ...
your time with this place.

I currently live here, fourth floor in a studio apartment. I love the space for me and my cats. The kitchen is super spacious but the stove is gas. So eh. Yet the light that comes in from all the windows is beautiful. The traffic can be a bit much, the weekends are loud...I enjoy that but the parking lot available to us is skimpy. I've even been towed from my own lot...with my parking pass visible. Be advised. But all the tenants are pretty quite and it's nice and clean. The one bedrooms layout ...
is much different in comparison to my roomy kitchen so that's something to consider but I'd definitely suggest living here. I'd stay here for a long time if there was more space for my bf and I to live together.
