PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT
July 25, 2024You may think it is conveniently located, and sure it is! To be honest, the maintenance is also good. But still, I would never recommend living here, not even to my worst enemy! Where do I start? Noise Problems: The buildings are seriously old, and you can easily hear your neighbors even when they're talking. So, if your upstairs neighbor likes to walk a lot at night, you won't get to sleep well. (Look at the videos I've attached in Google review). These were recorded in the middle of the night. ...Do you think anyone can sleep in this situation? Ah, those were the worst nights of my life! It’s not the neighbor's fault that they want to walk at night; it's because of how poorly these buildings were built many decades ago! Bed Bugs: We got bed bugs shortly after we started living there. (Coincidence? I highly doubt it). When we called pest control (who only visits on Wednesdays), they came by and inspected the unit with just a flashlight and claimed it wasn't bed bugs. But it was, and we had to take care of it ourselves. Other Insects and Bugs: What a wildlife we met. I could write a paper about the different insects and bugs, as I saw millions of different bugs while living there. There were no roaches, but we had centipedes and carpet beetles. The pest control did take care of this, to be fair, but how would you feel living in this situation, especially if you have chilopodophobia? Moving Out Fees: Moving out was a nightmare, with numerous unexpected fees that they charged us. It was a headache dealing with their unreasonable charges.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

March 22, 2024lied about giving me an apartment. edited almost two months and decided to cancel process and asked for my deposit back. it’s now been over 30 business days and they still haven’t returned it. if i could give zero rating i wouldReview from Apartments.com
Poor service
March 15, 2023Too much shootings going on out here, they are very unreliable of answering the phones not to mention they don’t like to fix anything . Gates doesn’t work, the keypad to the main building door doesn’t work, you can’t let family members in with the keypad also due to it not working. Plenty of improvements need to be made from the environment itself to some of the workers being unhelpful/rude.Review from Apartments.com
Don’t move here
June 1, 2021DON’T MOVE HERE too much shooting east meadows doesn’t have a stable property manager never answer their phone.they will charge you for late fees every time you’re on time on rent.Maintenance never want to fix anything.They make fake work orders just cause. make sure you have cameras in your house because they will come in your apartment without your permission. “The workers” never wanna do there jobProperty Manager Responded
