VERY POOR SERVICES

The leasing company is not taking care of its residents properly. The security / GYM/ POOL / Laundry / Cleanliness all are very bad. They are Thefts in premises... and other amenities are not maintained properly. I am a current resident.

i live here still and usps confirm they dropped if off at the front desk yet even the manager never there to check the cameras or see who took my package i spent $100 on my clothes and yet they dont care or isnt doing anything about it thats just wrong.

Staff is rude and crazy. My hot water and heat would randomly go out. The Gas company told me my lines were outdated and illegal and when I reported this I was told I could move. They don't want to be bothered or to assist their residences at all. Bugs are everywhere - especially ants.

These apartments are infested with 1. German roaches(exterminator told us this) 2. Ants 3. Spiders 4. Centipedes The new Managment (Bridge property Managment) are all incompetent to say the least! Don't take my word for it and move in this complex if you want, I promise, you'll regret it! Don't do it!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Ecco 400 :) I wish I could have stayed longer but had to move. Cody was so awesome! He was kind, respectful and it truly appeared to me that he valued me as a tenant. Their renovated apartments are amazing... I felt right at home. This is not one of those fabricated reviews either. I literally put in a work order for my balcony one time and it was fixed next day. I remember an issue where someone broke the arm that comes down with the gate and it was fixed in ...

a timely manner as well. The rental rates for this community in the Sandy springs area I don't feel you can beat it. I can't speak for any negative experience anyone else has had but I can truly say that I was glad to call Ecco 400 my home. Ecco 400 represents Wesley Apartment homes very well. Jake was awesome as well during the times that I did work with him. If you're looking for a quiet community, respectful staff and easy living you really should highly consider Ecco 400.

The apartment is spacious and the neighbors friendly. However, the buildings are infested with roaches and centipedes. I mean it's like these things are in the walls. The office will send out pest control but it doesn't stop the grossness. Also many of the neighbors are moving out because the rent is being raised substantially. The apartments are very old and with hollow areas in the floor and noticeable bulging in the walls. I've never had a problem with the office staff but I've heard quite a ...
