November 26, 2022Dear lord I hope these apartments have changed to better management than when I lived here. I had complained about a mold problem in my kitchen repeatedly (complete with pictures to send to the office), and when they finally responded, the solution was to spray paint over it. I’m severely asthmatic, and they didn’t even crack a window to let the fumes out. When my shower broke, the office made fun of me in the email reply and then pretended nothing happened. The only time they actually did ...anything was when it was a month before I left. July 5, 2022Hi! Been a resident here prior to Elevate purchasing the property. I’ve always found management and maintenance to be helpful. I can only imagine how nice it will be upon the completion of the revamp. I really like my studio, it’s perfect for a single guy with two small furry roommates.Review from Apartments.com
