I do feel like management is completely terrible and that was a con for me as far as that experience that I didn’t receive from them. Moving experience was terrible.I had an issue that I had to escalate higher just because of the experience that I did have with the management here. Walking in to tour and sharing my current living situation at that time, the leasing staff heard my prior issue and made me feel absolutely confident to move forward with submitting the application. I am surprised how noisy the apt is...for the cost of rent, I expected to have a bit more soundproofing between floors. I was also disappointed to hear that the company does not change water filters on the refrigerators....why is that? we pay enough in rent to have maintenance replace the filters.Review from Apartments.com
