Great community and staff. Property is peaceful and beautiful with access to plenty of restaurants and shops walking distance. It feels like a little community inside of a community. I feel like I’m getting so much more than just an apartment.

Overall, I do feel like it is a nice community. I do very much like everything about the community. I do feel like management is completely terrible and that was a con for me as far as that experience that I didn’t receive from them. Moving experience was terrible.I had an issue that I had to escalate higher just because of the experience that I did have with the management here. Now other than that, I really don’t have too many complaints and the ones that I did have they were resolved.

Before living at Elevate I had a traumatizing living situation at a apartment complex before that was absolutely terrible. Walking in to tour and sharing my current living situation at that time, the leasing staff heard my prior issue and made me feel absolutely confident to move forward with submitting the application. Customer service tour 10/10, they absolutely cared and got me in within a week. LOVE living here and the location is great!

I think elevate west village apartments are a wonderful place to live. I’ve lived here for 4 years and it’s been Great. The only issue that I have now is pricing. It’s getting expensive to live here ??management and maintenance have done an AMAZING job. I would highly recommend this place.

I really like staying here. The amenities are wonderful and the staff is super friendly. The only drawback is the walls and floors are so thin, you can literally hear someone cough is the next apartment. Otherwise, it’s a great place to stay! Thank you.

The staff is great. Very nice and they are all responsive. Jared is amazing!! I have had issues with noise from the neighbors upstairs. I am surprised how noisy the apt is...for the cost of rent, I expected to have a bit more soundproofing between floors. I was also disappointed to hear that the company does not change water filters on the refrigerators....why is that? we pay enough in rent to have maintenance replace the filters.
