I'd rent elsewhere if I had to do it again

Management will say whatever they need to say to get you to sign a lease. Be aware that if it is not in writing, you will not get it or it might not be true.
Parking is awful. Not enough of it and small spaces, so you get a lot of door dings. You will end up paying for a reserved space.
Rodent infestations. This place is old and the mice are inbetween the walls and in the basements. We had them coming up through the voids in the HVAC room so we couldn't do anything about it.

Can I give this place less than a 1 star? Where do we start..there is absolutely no communication from management, they'll tell you the day before they need to come in your apartment the next day. They tell you that you must have your balcony cleared off because they've let the floorboards become so worn that they have to replace them, and a month later work hasn't even begun. The insulation might as well be made out of rice paper, so your heating bill we be astronomical, there aren't enough ...
parking spots, so you'll be battling your neighbors to see who can stay in one spot the longest, and their are rats, mold, flooding issues. Our first week here our roof leaked and I had to remind them to put a tarp over the roof, until it could be fixed, the roof wasn't repaired for 3 months!

While the apartments are spacious and the location is great, poor management really takes away from that. Seeing that this is my second Bozzuto complex, I am very surprised that Bozzuto employs a manager like this. Sylvia is very rude every time we interact with her, whether it be in person or over the phone and it takes her over 24 hours to put in a simple maintenance request. Coming from someone who works in the customer service industry, she is the completely wrong person to be in this ...

Bethesda Hill is a small community of apartments with professionals from the area and young families. It is in between two metros and a good distance from the vibrant downtown Bethesda area. The apartment has a pool and many of the residence have children, so your child will definitely be able to make friends.

I moved to Bethesda Hill Apts after my job moved from VA to MD and have been very happy here. It's close to 495, which gets me off to work in a snap, and also only 2 miles from downtown Bethesda ($7 Uber ride), so going out for dinner and drinks is very convenient. Also Metro close by, so getting to DC is very easy. Pet friendly, and I've never had an issue with anyone here. My refrigerator was not functioning properly and was immediately replaced, so service is great as well. My only ...
negative comment would be that a group of young kids trashed the gazebo, but new management has been sprucing up the property, so I'm sure that they will fix that up soon.
