I have lived here since July 2021 and I would not recommend moving here.Back in January I noticed water dripping from upstairs into my bathroom I submitted a service request,2 days later I got a notification that the job was complete but no-one came to my apartment.This issue continued into February,I submitted a service request and each time I got the same result.At one point my service request was removed by management,when I inquired the assistant property manager told me that he removed it
...because there's no way to find out where the leak is coming from.I had to explain to him that there's still a leak and it needs to be fixed,he submitted another service request and once again I got notification that the problem was resolved but no-one came to my apartment.
One morning in March water was literally pouring from upstairs into my bathroom that was when they decided to fix the problem,it turn out that the tenant upstairs had flushed a wash cloth and that was the reason for the leak,it took 2 days for the issue to be fully resolved.
I asked about breaking my lease because of the unsanitary condition,I was told I would have to pay to break lease even though it would be as a result of their negligence.The property manager was suppose to contact me but noone did.Explore other options before moving here.
