It is a great place to live. I have met some nice folks. The rent is reasonable. Everyone is friendly.it would be nice to know all my neighbors in my building, but I do know a few.

The management here does not want to do any work to the apartments all the apartments are old with old features and they refuse to fix whatever u put a request in for also they are quick to put you out for not paying rent but don’t want to fix nothing I would not recommend this appartment complex.

I have lived here since July 2021 and I would not recommend moving here.Back in January I noticed water dripping from upstairs into my bathroom I submitted a service request,2 days later I got a notification that the job was complete but no-one came to my apartment.This issue continued into February,I submitted a service request and each time I got the same result.At one point my service request was removed by management,when I inquired the assistant property manager told me that he removed it ...
because there's no way to find out where the leak is coming from.I had to explain to him that there's still a leak and it needs to be fixed,he submitted another service request and once again I got notification that the problem was resolved but no-one came to my apartment. One morning in March water was literally pouring from upstairs into my bathroom that was when they decided to fix the problem,it turn out that the tenant upstairs had flushed a wash cloth and that was the reason for the leak,it took 2 days for the issue to be fully resolved. I asked about breaking my lease because of the unsanitary condition,I was told I would have to pay to break lease even though it would be as a result of their negligence.The property manager was suppose to contact me but noone did.Explore other options before moving here.

Assembly Watkins Mill is a great place to live. It is close to 270. It is also close to shopping. Weis is the nearby supermarket and across the parking lot is a place to get work done on your car. If you drive into nearby Montgomery Village there are two more supermarkets plus other shopping. Restaurants are close by (even in walking distance.) Firebirds is across the street. You can get contactless delivery, too. If you have young kids, there is a playground on the grounds of the complex. There ...
is also a pool and everyone likes that. You can have pets here as well. Just make sure to clean-up after your dog. Assembly makes that easy with handy pet bags and a trash can designated for this purpose. Everyone is pretty friendly. I would definitely recommend Assembly Watkins Mill.
