I would like to thank management/maintenance staff for the excellent service I received for a broken refrigerator, which was replaced with a brand new refrigerator within 1 hour of the original call for service.. Staff was excellent, pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable..This service was absolutely, fantastic, fabulous, outstanding and awesome..I was over the moon with my brand new appliance!! I would rate this service with a thumbs up.. And give it a star 10 rating!! Thank you again, management ...

My mother has been living here for over 14 years and I have never heard a complaint.
Now that I moved in to the same complex I understand why. Its beautiful, clean, peaceful.
No one bothers you, everyone greets you as you enter property.
Great neighbors and kids.
It honestly felt like home as soon as I opened the door on move in day.
Management and staff alway worry about tenants homes and make it all priority l.

Emerald Dunes is basically a gift; this apartment gives you more than you need for the price that you want. Even more, there is always parking spots near your apartment that are available (I have to say that is one thing you dont find everywhere).

Emerald dunes is where I live,not only me but where half my family lives and we will recommend emerald dunes 100% to family and friends. You know youre home since the first time you walk in the office, and the wow service, management provides, make you want to move in on the instant! Nice layouts comfortable, and the neighbors are amazing.

I live at Cedar Grove Apartments for over a year now. Nice lakeview.The apartment is very nice and spacious. I love that there is only 2 apartments on each floor. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. I will recommend Cedar Grove to anyone.

im a current renter at cedar grove apartments in Miami gardens fl. my community is a nice place to live considering the view. we are right next to Calder race track you could see the race from your bed room. i don't recommend this center if in fact garden living is not you cup of tea. no elevators this is difficult with shopping.the lighting at night and the parking may change your mind.the only hassle thus far.however for low income families its nice spacious, clean and maintenance in very ...
