Ownership changes. Management changes. Incompetence remains the same. Business hours are more of a suggestion than a point of reference. The leasing office clearly says that is is open from 10A to 5P on Saturdays, but you can go to the office at 3PM on a Saturday and find a locked door. The office will send out emails about picking up your dog poop, but that same management team will do nothing about the beer bottles and cans left all over the parking lot by residents who seem to think ...
everyone here pays rent just for the opportunity to listen to everyone else's parking lot block party. We are charged separately for water and trash, but the trash is never picked up often enough. This place is yet another example of a management "team" that believes the residents exist to serve management instead of the other way around. Avoid this place at all costs.
