A Fantastic Place to Call Home
October 29, 2024Era on Excelsior has been my home for 2 and half years and it has been nothing short of fantastic! The clubhouse is clean, on-site gym is super convenient, the maintenance team is prompt & professional, the staff knowledgeable and friendly, and my apartment cozy. Location-wise you're close to everything, there are beautiful trails directly in back of the complex to walk/run, and the neighborhood is safe and relaxed. Great tour
December 7, 2023Greatly enjoyed my tour. The outside space is my favorite aspects of the property due to having a dog. The layouts and pricings are perfect for me. Cool place!

Good Experience
December 20, 2022I lived at Era on Excelsior for about 2 years. I really enjoyed my time with this apartment community! Very dog friendly; there's a great walking trail behind the townhomes that's easily accessible that my dog absolutely loved. I really liked the location of this apartment complex. Very close to the cities and lots to do around the area. Maintenance team was awesome and resolved any issues I had in a timely manner. Amazing People!
December 7, 2022I've lived here for 3 years and while the price and the amenities sold me, I stayed because of the community and leasing team. Everyone has been super friendly and helpful during my time here, the resident events they host are so fun, and the maintenance team is always quick and efficient with their work! November 29, 2021This is the worst apartment management I have ever had to deal with. I initially enjoyed my time living here, until i had to terminate my lease early due to a job relocation. I spoke to several different people several different times, and made sure that all of my fees were paid before I moved out (which I did). I gave a 60 day notice, paid the termination fee, as well as the rest of rent for 60 days. About 2 months after moving out, I get a call from the leasing office that I magically owe them ...$1200 more. I was extremely frustrated and their only response was they were "catching up on their ledger" and noticed I "hadn't paid everything" even though I spoke to plenty of people in the office to make sure everything was settled before I moved out. 3 months later and I am STILL getting random charges in the mail for things I have no idea what for. Nobody communicates with each other in their office and they think it's okay to take advantage of their residents not knowing everything before they move in. I am usually not one to leave a bad review, but I will tell everyone I know to never even consider leasing with this apartment.Property Manager Responded

Not the best
January 18, 2021The apartment buildings are built of concrete. That means the walls are thin, and there will be mold. Also, concrete is not a great insulator. Had neighbors playing super loud music during the day (to the point where its intolerable). Had a lot of miscommunication with leasing office.
