There are crappy neighbors who keep putting their trash by the elevator. The laundry room was so busy I could only wash one load for my first time using it and many washers were out of order but there is a laundry mat just a few blocks away.

At my time here I didn't have a trashcan for 6 months and was told to just by one for myself and get reimbursed. The neighbors stole my property multiple times and even once trashed my AC unit cover. The laundry cards break after a few months of use. And although this is a personal thing the stoves are the kind with the electric coils that look like gas and are impossible to clean.
