I love living here!
March 2, 2023I have lived in both a 2 and 3 bedroom, units are very spacious and kept up. The manager Donyell is awesome, always available (even if you lock yourself out after hours)...lol! Ralph the maintenance guy rocks, my maintenance needs are always taken care of promptly! I definitely give it 5 stars...a pool would be nice, but my garage more than makes up for that.Review from Apartments.com
Best Apartments in Bakersfield!
March 1, 2023I have never lived in such a sweet community before! The manager Donyell, made everything as easy as possible! From application process, to signing contracts, to viewing, to walk throughs! It immediately felt like home! I really love that they provide an online portal, so you are able to go in, pay rent through the site, and request any maintenance issues if needed! I love that there is also support 24/7. They upload all signed documents and send out friendly reminders which is super nice, ...because life gets busy! Their maintenance is top notch. If you have an issue, they are there the same day, if not, the next day. It definitely makes me feel at ease knowing if I have an issue, I have a reliable manager and crew to help! The home we moved into, is so beautiful! It was well taken care of from the tenant before, but before moving in, I was given a completely new kitchen granite counter top, everything was repainted, and in 100% working order. Re-cleaned again. I have a 2bd 2bath. Everything is so spacious. It is definitely worth the price you pay! You aren't just paying for an area code, you are paying for quality serviced homes. That is so hard to come by these days! The environment is so clean, and Landscape is 10/10, just recently had new flowers planted outside my patio, and I am in love! They come by weekly! They truly treat you as a family here, not just another renter. Donyell really cares about making everyone feel comfortable and taken care of. Moving here was the best decision I could have ever made! Neighborhood is extremely quiet, but everyone is super friendly! I have made tons of friendships with the community here!
