Roach infestation

The worst
December 10, 2020Management is awful, you cannot get a repair done. You are charged for everything. Including a broken window, that was broken from the outside in a common area. We were told if we did not pay it, that they would take it out of our rent and make our rent late. We lived there for over a year, rent was paid on time every month. The apartment was cleaned and in great shape when we moved out, they took our deposit and charged us over a $1000 for ridiculous things and also things that should have been ...normal wear and tear. Getting Better!
October 3, 2015Been here over a month, and I am now seeing the place start looking better. Tenants still need to pick up after their dogs. Zero to no crime in the apartments, cops very very rarely have come, only for an emergency on an elderly tenant. Landscaping is looking up. Apartment quality is looking up as well, I would recommend these apartments.Review from Apartments.com
