To begin, Filthy dirty and Smelly. Management takes no responsibility for anything. Do not not leave your stuff they will tell you they are not responsible for it. Very shady with multiple sublet deals. Sending complaint to the Consumer Protection Unit of the Department of Justice. Also contacting U of D housing to inform them.

THE SECURITY IS SO BAD! YOU CAN HARDLY TO FIND OFFICE LADY CAUSE THE OFFICE IS CLOSED ALMOST ALL DAY! COCK RAOCH ARE ALL OVER THE PLACE! BUILDING IS BAD AND OLD! YOU CAN HARDLY TO FIND A PARKING LOT AT NIGHT! I LIVE HERE FOR ONE YEAR, YOU CAN NEVER FIND A WORSE APARTMENT THEN THIS ONE!
