El 26 de nov apliquee para un apartemento de dos cuartos con mi esposa y mi hijo , al no responderme me presenté en la oficina a las 2 semanas y me dijeron que faltaba la firma de mi esposa en uno de los documentos los cuales habian sido previamente revisados , me dijeron que esperar otras 2 semanas y como de constumbre me presente y me dijeron que la aplicacion de mi hijo , pero sin embargo aparecia el monto de pago de mi hijo en la semana siguiente vuelvo y me dices que mi hijo trabajaba cosa ...
que no mencione porque no habia empezado las clases en la escuela ahora cuando vuelvo me dicen que no somos elegibles por él , el esta estudiando ahora en valencia college y sin embargo nunca se dieron cuenta que cuando aplicamos el era menor de edad , sin embargo si se dieron cuenta que tenia un part time por el cual yo estoy reclamando el monto de la aplicacion de el porque dicha aplicacion iba a ser efectiva luego que el cumpliera los 18 años y no me atendieron debidamente , no hubo respuesta concreta y centralizada en cada ocasion que nos presentamos en la oficina

Im sorry to say this but for my first time experience with an apartment this is the worst. They are way to expensive and the office and mantnance people are rude. I pay with washer dryer/ cable and my dog fee 896 a month and i live in a one bedroom. When i moved in it took them a month to get my washer and dryer and when they finally gave me it they were broken. So then i had to wait another week and these are in bad shape. There is trash everywhere and the trash for the dog waste is overflowing. ...
The maintnance peaple take weeks to fix a simple problem the office people are highly rude, they dont even greet me when i walk in. Do not do the same mistake I did save ur time and ur money i wouldnt recomend anybody to move her. Thank you for reading enjoy your day.

Falcon Trace is the perfect apartment complex building the view and area is excellent my morning or evening jobs are so filling with the tranquil scenery, great restaurants and outdoor space all around the neighborhood . The common areas are well maintained and staff incredibly helpful. It has a large courtyard with a pool, lounge chairs and dining tables. The area is very safe and parents have the peace of mind of allowing the children to play in the playground. There is also a great after ...
school center which allows parents to have children dropped off for aftercare at no additional cost.

We are so grateful because Falcon Trace Apartments is a great place to live. The surroundings of the apartments are very clean. Also it is very quite place and close to the outles, few minutes to get access to expressway. The administrative personnel are very friendly and professional.
We have noticed significant improvements in the past 6 months that make of this a safe and nice place. We love to live in this community.

Falcon Trace is honestly one of the best places I have lived in. Its in the center of all locations that are most important to me like the mall, theme parks, and lets not forget my job. I have enjoyed living here for the past 2years. We have new owners now and property has improved as well as landscaping. My son attends school and just about everything is close by. I have had challenges due to losing my job and the office has accommodated me during this tough time. Receiving rent free for a year would help me out being I am a single parent.
