Property Manager is terrible , never answers calls rarely answers his door even though he is inside. The carpeting in the hallways sometimes carry a bad odor. There are trees all over the property. One fell on an apartment unit. Property needs a lot of maintenance.

Neighbors Great, Management Sucks

There is a property manager who lives on the premises who never answers his phone or door, regardless of time or need. There have been emergencies and still no one can get in touch with him. The landlord company GLK Realty is nothing but rude, have refused to fix issues within the apartments, and only care about their money. The parking lot is surrounded by pine trees so expect to have sap and pine needles all over your car, ruining the paint. There are only two washers/dryers in the basement of ...
each building-- I've lived here for two years and for over a year one pair has not worked or been serviced the entire time. The place was built in the 70s and hasn't been updated since so expect bugs in the hallways and coming through cracks in the foundation. Lastly, this is not a smoke-free building so expect the neighbors cigarette smoke to travel into your apartment through the bathroom vents. There are two outdoor cats who live on the property-- they're cool.

Quiet and friendly

I've been here six years and only moving out because I'm moving far away. It's quiet here, the neighbors are friendly, people love to plant and garden which adds to the grounds. When it snows the drive is plowed early (I had to leave for work at 6 am). I loved my loft. Management living on grounds are friendly and helpful.
