November 16, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comIt's one of those places where you can win a $100 discounts if you write them a good review, get a credit if you invite new people in and obviously hurting for tenants right now. Some apartments have been empty for months because there is no rush to fix them. Also no dogs, 2 parking spaces, control you have to buy for 50 bucks for a gate that is constantly busted so nobody buys them, expect long lines since barely anyone has controls. There is no guard in the gate and the pools are guardless when ...open in the weekends otherwise locked, the gym has a broken window and you need to walk through the leasing office to get in. The street has patched holes the regularly break down, the washing machines are always broken, it has a horrible landscape with dumpster mounds and cheap palm trees and their staff can't speak english without a heavy accent so you know the pay isn't good. Lastly, it has roaches and rats so don't expect it to be clean if you decided to move in, you typically get what you pay for, but in this place you get less.Read More

April 12, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comIve only been living here for less then 2 mouths I have a flood in my restroom ,,,,, kitchen.. water is coming out the sink if only I can post pic of this apt ive called the city but no one has called me back mildew is growing out of my wood floors and walls I need help manager close the door on me and my husband he don't want to talk to us what can I do ..

February 5, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comThe notifications seem to always be "missing" from your door. It took them 6 months to get my oven fixed. They have papers in my file that say I was late on my rent but I took my proofs/ receipts that all my rent was paid on time and they still haven't had "time" to review and remove it from my files. They said they got new management that is better but no they have not I am still waiting on my call back since 2 weeks about my files and the office assistance said the manger hasn't had the time ...but rent is paid on time. They said they left notices about new sticker for the cars which I did not get so my car got towed. Why would I not go get the FREE STICKER and risk paying $200 to get my car. All they said was they couldn't help! I would not recommend this place.Read More

August 1, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comBraes Court Apartments are very affordable for those looking to rent in a lower price range. They were hit pretty hard by the recent Memorial weekend flood. The neighborhood is very integrated, very social, and in walking distance of a supermarket. Currently our a/c doesn't work but only in certain buildings, also there have been some recent thefts from neighboring complexes. I do not recomend this complex for first time renters. It is a nice little complex, just not in the most ideal ...neighborhood for first timers.Read More
