I moved into one of the newly renovated 1br units, and I've had a great experience thus far. The laundry room is conveniently located in the basement and kept clean. It's a quiet space, the neighbors are kind too. The exterior is a little rough but once you're inside your own apartment, that won't be an issue! The included utilities are a MAJOR plus too. This place is an absolute hidden gem.

Moved in less then 6 months ago, just found the second mouse that’s been burrowing behind my fridge. So yes, there’s a mice problem. No sign of any cockroaches. Building itself is okay. There are clearly things that are fixed very poorly. Paint chips off easily, hallways stink, and now mice.

I first moved here two years, I can’t wait until my lease ends I’m moving out of here immediately. Don’t walk run !!! This place is the worse the owner of the property doesn’t care about his tenants at all he just wants the rent every month. The only time you will ever see him is when he is giving tours of apartments here. This place is also infested with roaches , since I’ve been here I seen roaches the same day moving in and it only got worse. They have terminex come out to exterminate every ...
other month but it does absolutely nothing at all. There will be roaches in your bedroom, bathroom , living room and kitchen embarrassing if you ever want to have company over , best believe they will come out while you have people over. Walls here are thin you will hear your neighbors throughout the day. Maintnance is literally here every other day and also on the weekends because there is always something broken here on this cheap property. Who wants to see the maintenance guy at 6pm on a Saturday after a long week of work ? Go home ! This place is falling apart there is always an issue here and the owner will literally accept anyone with some type of income it’s ridiculous, the rent raised and the only thing they ever replaced were the old Windows really ? Don’t move here this place is a joke

When I was looking for apt,I checked apts.com and found this place. Its a nice apt,nice area.landlord n management very police and helpful. Bedroom,kitchen,all rooms very nice.
