AVOID - if you want to preserve your sanity!

This Property Management and Leasing team is a joke! While the location is absolutely fabulous, you pay exorbitant rent and get a ludicrous level of subpar service in return - including a voicemail box that is always full, no prompt return of messages, and A BIG FAT ZERO on problem resolution. The building is constructed of cheap materials from widows and screens through to appliances, plumbing and the AC/heating systems. Also, watch out for their underground parking as the exposed pipes ...
frequently drip – with some having a corrosive rusty splatter that will damage your car paint. Renter’s insurance and your car insurance won’t cover it – nor will the apartment complex own up for the damage that their “maintained” parking caused. Think hard before moving here if you value your sanity!!!!

We really enjoy living in Bay Meadows with everything being so walkable and the buildings being well kept. The management team is great and welcoming… Samantha, Stephanie, and Charles are always a pleasure to talk with and help resolve maintenance requests very quickly. The maintenance team with Byron, Romeo and Sam do a great job and really do give you great service with a smile. Kylie (I hope I am spelling her name correctly) is the Community Manager and she follows up and follows through. ...

Everything about this place is cheap except the sky high rents. The appliances are poor quality and keep breaking down; in our first year, they had to replace the stove, washer-dryer, dishwasher. The framing is fragile - every time someone closes their door, the whole building shakes. The carpets are cheap and stained. The lighting inside the units are dull and makes the rooms dark. Hallways don’t have emergency lights; when PG&E has an outage, it was pitch dark in the entire building and a ...

We moved into Fieldhouse recently and love it. The apartments are well kept and clean, appliances are very good quality and you can tell the owners and management actually care about the residents. We also feel very safe living here during COVID, as the property is frequently cleaned and maintained. The location is also great!
