Florence Mill is a Barkan Management-owned senior housing property. We are currently accepting applications for 1 & 2 bedroom apartments. We are currently accepting waitlist applications for those who are 62 or older, 51-61 years of age or under 51 with disabilities. Income restrictions apply. Located along the banks of the Hockanum River, Florence Mill Apartments is senior living at its best! We offer a beautiful park setting, plenty of areas for conversation and playing card games, a resident lounge equipped with TV, an area for vegetable gardens, and a lovely patio area with tables, a grill, and a large screened gazebo for relaxing in while listening to the calls of the birds and the trickling of the river. Our apartment homes feature oversized mill windows to make each home bright and cheerful. Some also have original hardwood floors and high ceilings with exposed beams.
