I went to fill out a app the concrete is horrible people hanging out looking like they plotting on the next move bylines torn up wood rotten no one the office I turned around and went somewhere else yes they should be condemned 0 stars and the notice on the door said the water is contaminated

This is a roach and rat infested property needs to be condemned ASAP nothing gets fixed sewerage comes into home through the pipeline from other apartments

I lived here for 6 months and it was the most horrible experience. They have roaches everywhere no matter how clean your apartment is. A man tried breaking in and all they did was bolt my Windows down. Their security cameras they claim to have don't even work because they couldn't even help me identify who tried breaking in. I've been harassed by the men there and the apartment manager would do nothing about it. This place is overall disgusting I'd rather live in my car first then move here!!!!! ...

I've had times I would come home and my whole apartment is flooded because of backed up sewer lines and they wouldn't even fix it nor clean your apartment. Maintenance sucks they never fixed any of my stuff that needed to be fixed when I first moved in. Also a lot of drug dealing and they do not keep the place clean their is trash everywhere, beer bottle it's just plain nasty! I had people just sitting on the hood of my car during the night smoking on it!!!!!! So don't waste your money, your time, and most of all put your life at risk!!!! I wouldn't even give this place a star rating if I didn't have too

they have roaches and they do not provide extermination. there is raw sewerage in front of the buildings. the parking lot had large holes. over half of the washers and dryers don't work. do not move here its a horrible place to live
