Form15 is a brand new building with every amenity that you would expect and some excellent design features. It is however on the pricier side but you do however get what you pay for. It is very secure and extremely pet friendly. The management staff is helpful and efficient. The dog run is not well maintained but at least you have that feature available if you are a pet owner. The common areas are top notch but the pool is a tad undersized. Expect a rent increase after your first year because ...
they can. All in all a great place to live if it is in the budget.
