    Good maintenance and Friendly staff at the leasing office. Good place to live in Eden Prairie and great location to access to all supermarkets, restaurants and hospitals and offices. They maintain the building common areas also very neat and clean

    I've had a positive overall experience living in this apartment community. The location is convenient, especially for access to work, groceries, and public transportation. Maintenance requests are usually handled promptly, and the staff is generally friendly and professional. The apartment layout is modern and well-maintained, with decent soundproofing and essential amenities like in-unit laundry and secure entry. That said, parking can be a bit limited at times, and rent has slightly increased ...
    over the last year. However, for the quality of service and comfort, I still find it a good value. I'd recommend this community to others looking for a safe and convenient place to live in the area.
