December 30, 2025This is a nice place. But like many apartments some of the residents are slobs. They put their feet on the walls of the new elevator. The maintenance staff is great. Helpful and friendly. The management lacks any personal contact.Property Manager Responded

December 30, 2025"I've lived at Fountain Place Apartment for over a year and absolutely love it! The apartment itself is bright with huge windows. The best part is the location – everything is walkable, from groceries to parks. Maintenance requests are handled so quickly, and the office staff, always make you feel welcome and safe.
