This is a nice place. But like many apartments some of the residents are slobs. They put their feet on the walls of the new elevator. The maintenance staff is great. Helpful and friendly. The management lacks any personal contact.

"I've lived at Fountain Place Apartment for over a year and absolutely love it! The apartment itself is bright with huge windows. The best part is the location – everything is walkable, from groceries to parks. Maintenance requests are handled so quickly, and the office staff, always make you feel welcome and safe. The trail around it are amazing.

Standards are being ignored over the past few years and no upgrades in terms of security. Have been listening about lot of missing deliveries and other important stuff and the management is not really bothered
