We love living at The Fountains at Meadow Wood! It’s quiet and tucked away but still very close to everything. The maintenance men have been really helpful and fast with any repairs and the girls in the office are so nice and accommodating! We had a pool party last week and it is really nice to know we are finally in a community that cares about the people living here and celebrates us! Thanks so much to all of you for making this really feel like home!

Beautiful place to rent

My daughter and I were looking to rent a place that was a gated community. The Fountains at Meadow Wood quickly became our number one choice after looking at all the options available in Clarksville. This is a beautiful and quiet place. It’s a hidden little gem! I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to rent. Excellent Place.

The Fountains at Meadow is a excellent place to rent. Me and wife spent a while looking for a place to live before we eventually get a house and the Fountains was a amazing choice. All the staff is very helpful and answer all your questions and maintenance is fast whenever a issue arises. It's close to all the things to do in Clarksville but at the same time tucked away in a quit area without a lot of noise.

Fountains at Meadow Wood is a great place to live. They were upfront and honest about all the fees and costs while we were searching for a new place. The area is remote, clean and the staff is very responsive. They also have lots of festive things for the family to do throughout the year. Check them out.

Apartment shopping

No one answers the phone no recording either . Who knows hours of operation to view apt. Called Saturday and Sunday no answer no recording. I think management doesn't care to turn on answer machine speaks volumes

My worst apartment experience ever.

The Fountains at Meadow Wood is run by the most incompetent Property Management Team in existence. Jaclynn has proven, time after time, to be clueless and unable to resolve simple issues. John, the Maintenance Supervisor, is worthless. He is LAZY and tries to shirk his duties in upkeep ingredients the property. Stay away from this property. Nothing but headaches will ensue.

Apartment Living at it's Best!

I have made my home at The Fountains of Meadow Wood for almost two years. This apartment property is great and the location is wonderful. You live in a area that is just like living in the country and still just around the corner is shopping and great restaurants. The property is secure with a gate that gives you a sense of security. The Fountains of Meadow Wood also has a great staff that meets and exceeds all of your needs. I have had a few maintenance issues that have been answered and ...
taken care of promptly. The apartments does have that home feeling which includes a washer and dryer in each unit. Also each apartment has it owns outdoor space to take the moment and enjoy the fresh air of the outdoors. A pool and a fitness room is included on the property. The Fountains of Meadow Wood keeps that family like atmosphere with its tenants by sending you a monthly newsletter and having events like football parties or sharing a to go breakfast bag as you head out to work. I have lived at the Fountains at Meadow Wood for several years. It's a really nice property. The apartments have a more homey feel than your standard apartment. The property is well kept and the staff responds very quickly to any maintenance issues as well as any other type of issue you may have. One Bed/One Bath Love Nest

My boyfriend and I have been here for about a month and have been loving living at The Fountains at Meadow Wood! It is in a really great location: a short drive to the mall and every big box store you could want, yet tucked away from all the hustle and bustle near an actual meadow with cows, ponds and big trees. And it is just about a 7 minute drive to Exit 4, which was important to us for cutting down on our commutes to work. The unit itself is really great, well kept, with washer/dryer ...
included. Every unit has some outdoor space, with a deck or patio, which is great now that the temperature is more tolerable here in Clarksville. The grounds are always well kept and looking clean and manicured. Fountain's is really pet friendly and there's lots of cute dogs being walked around (a selling point for me, even though I don't have a pup of my own). We have also been getting a good amount of use out of the fitness center and pool, both of which are well maintained by the staff here. The leasing people are really helpful and attentive; look out for monthly "move-in" deals to get some sort of discount off your monthly rent. Overall, we are really happy with our choice and plan on staying here for a while.
