Wonderful place to live!

I have been here for a year now. I could not be happier. The complex is well maintained and the neighbors are great. So many kids here, making it a community we can all call home. Everyone I have met has been friendly and it is a peaceful quiet area. The staff here is second to none! The office staff is always helpful and a joy to work with and the maintenance staff are friendly, competent and timely! Anytime I have contacted the staff the result has been 100% satisfaction. Fraud! They said the $100 DEPOSIT was to hold the apartment until we decide. They kept it and never gave it back. It doesn't say so in the lease either. Would take them to court for it but they would lose more money if people read this review and not rented from them.

Unfortunately this complex isn't managed well. I have been waiting on minor to moderate repairs for well over a year now (have put in orders multiple times). The earwigs are terrible in the spring and fall, as well as spiders and various other bugs. The units are poorly insulated, so not only are energy bills steep, but also the noise from other apartments is frustrating. Don't bother filing complaints as nothing will be done about it. Drug activity is apparent, and the residents are low income. ...

The only positive is the locality to the Elementary School which is right across the street.

The location of the apartments is amazing. It is right around the corner from everything. Just a little drive to amazing restaurants, great shopping and movies. The elementary school is right across the street from the apartments. The 3 bedrooms have so much storage space and the rooms are all really big. Finding a place for a family of 6 isn't always easy. Find a place with a lot of storage space is even harder. Fox Lane apartments offers both. I was so surprised at not only how big the 3 bedroom apartments were but how much storage space they have. The staff are very friendly and have been amazing with getting things done.
