December 11, 2023DISGUSTING! You pay extra every month for pest control that you don’t get. You also pay extra for the dumpster to throw trash in?? They nickel and dime you to death but it takes 8 weeks to get maintenance to do any work?? Do yourself a favor… DO NOT RENT WITY THESE PEOPLE! Most disgusting, cockroach infested place I’ve ever seen. Managers are liars and are useless!Review from Apartments.com
Worse then being homeless
November 15, 2023Stayed here for a year, price of rent went way up, it was rare when something DID work and for the first 5 months the AC didn't work and I had to call 3 times for someone to come just to have 4 more times and finally fix it, LOTS of roaches and bugs despite keeping everything clean and as someone that's been homeless before, this was worse. I wish I was exaggerating. I'm dead serious.Property Manager Responded
