    • bad service don’t waste your time

      They don’t do tours, staff member was very dry and unwelcoming, they tell you to apply online and then call when the application is finished. The previous reviews were right they do not pick up the phone note email you back. Don’t waste your time or money .

      I went to the office to complete my online application. I was greeted with courtesy and professionalism by one of the office staff (Ms. Ginger) The office atmosphere was pleasant, the pace was very active being it's a new community. However, the office staff handled every individual with grace and warmth. I was very pleased as I observed. Thank you Ms. Ginger, for your hard work and dedication.

      I scheduled a tour online it was confirmed got there the office was dark I kept saying hello then I walked towards the conference room there was an employee in there listening to music I told her about my tour she said no tour was available

      Do not rent here, yes it’s affordable but the people at the front office do not care. We were brushed off, I would not want to be bothered with rude management for 6/12 months lease. Maybe try when management is replaced.
