Please be aware that this review is not directed towards, the safety, maintenance crew, but only directed toward the front office. The two people that over see this complex (Tressa and Abra) are absolutely the rudest people I have ever come into contact in this field of work. We have lived here for close to 3 years, and for the most part, it has been nice living here, the security guards, maintenance staff, and Monique have all been pleasant to work with. ...women have apparently made up their mind to find fulfillment in seeing that current residents feel stupid and inferior. Their attitudes towards people who live here at the Mill could not be further from what an average person would call "customer service". I would like to personally thank these two particular women for the complete odious feeling I get anytime I come into their office in need for anything. Thank you for never taking my side or sympathizing during a time of inconvenience. Thank you for making me ask over 6 times to spray for roaches (because apparently it is all my fault). Thank you for adding two extra dumpsters because keeping one empty is apparently too difficult. Thank you for attempting to raise my rent $100 more a month than the amount it should have been raised. Thank you only being polite to me when taking potential residents on a tour. And lastly, thank you for allowing a boot company to put 2 boots on my car ($75) in the parking lot which where I pay rent at, due to the fact I had to park in reserved because the main parking lot was full. Im super delighted that nothing is ever yalls fault, this has truly been an "incredible" experience.
