I have been living here for two weeks and I am very impressed with the quality of service. I want to highlight the professionalism of the Leasing Office team (Kristina and Vanessa) and the Maintenance team (Junior and Humberto); they are friendly and dedicated. TOP FLOOR NOISY UNIT

If you tour the top floor units, you will notice the echoing humming noise, please don't ignor this, I did, when I tour the unit, I somehow ignor this constant humming noises, they are going to sip through the wall, and make your unit very noisy, I believe they are coming from the compressor mounted on the rooftop.

Elevators not working . Very dirty and smelly in the hall ways and elevator and not enough parking spots in the garage . They are forcing indirectly to pay for one or leave your car on the roof

I've lived here 3 months and I have had a great experience. Kristina is always helpful with my request and she's fun to chat with! She always has an infectious smile even if she thinks I'm asking something crazy! I know I can be a PITA with my request but she and maintenance are always on top of things. Apartments are 15 years old but the grounds are always clean and you actually see maintenance and anyone else who works for the apartment out and about taking care of things. The leasing office ...
is great about sending out invites for social gatherings and making sure tenants are doing their part by helping to keep the apartments grounds clean as well. It's centrally located between Plano and Dallas and lots of walking and biking trails.

Fire alarms all hours of the day and night

The fire alarms go off at least once a week some time 3 or 4 for the last 2 months. If you love floors covered in dog droppings and late night fire drills this is the place for you.
