Should have stayed away!
May 16, 2025I lived here briefly while the manager Kim was there and she might still be unfortunately. I came from another state on the East Coast and drove for 2000 miles with my baby to move in. I applied online, provided 3 paystubs, security deposit and first month rent as required. I asked repeatedly for the lease to be sent to me to sign prior to moving but never received it. I moved there and went into the leasing office and was told that I did not have an approved lease and had to apply again right ...there. Thank goodness I had the paystubs and everything printed out so I could show it to her but Kim was very unprofessional. Due to a medical condition and ending up in the ER, I was advised by Kim that I could fill out the Release of Liability form and it would be sent to my doctor to confirm. Once Legal confirmed my reasoning, I would be released from my lease. I filled it out that same day and emailed it signed and notarized to Kim's email. Suprise Surprise, my doctor was never contacted nor was anyone from the office. Now I am getting calls that I owe rent and late fees for staying another month when I did not. I left within a week of sending the email and had furniture picked up, electricity turned off, my dad flew up to help me fly back to the East Coast. All of this can be tracked by dates. However, when I disputed the charges with the corporate office, they called back to say they reached out ot Kim and she lied that I just moved out and did not say anything. I offered to forward the email that I sent her and they declined as well as declined to dispute the charges again. Never should have moved here and don't advise anyone to live here at all.Property Manager Responded

Bedbugs!
July 20, 2019Major bedbug infestation multiple units! Front office mgmt is a joke and maintenance too. People let their dog's crap anywhere and keep on walking, don't bother picking it up. 24hr pool with teenager's partying all night, loud and obnoxious! July 28, 2016Was not helpful at all. Called multiple times, tried to apply for an apartment. Never called us back when they said they would. Sounded very annoyed and bothered on the phone.
