Gallery Flats: EXCELLENT Management and a whole lot more
December 13, 2017I honestly cannot say enough good, positive things about Gallery Flats. There are two friendly female managers and the more veteran of the two is absolutely outstanding! She provides important updates on what is going on regarding highways, activities in Hopkins, etc. If you have ANY issues at all whatsoever, you can rely on Management to get the help you need and get anything quickly taken care of. Management is even open on Saturdays and Sundays too, so if can't make their office hours or ...can't talk with them over the phone during the week for work or any other reason, it's okay since they are open weekends, too. This Management team is also very good with packages, too! In living here, you don't need to worry about not getting your package. This is also a great apartment building, too! It is a newer apartment building that has no mold, funny smells, or anything like that. Two community rooms, three workout rooms, two places to put your bike. I also really love pets, but they can sure make a mess on the carpeting in rooms and whatnot, but since they don't allow pets here, you don't even need to worry about that issue, so room carpeting is all good to go. This apartment has the US Postal Office right across the street. It is a block away from downtown Hopkins, which is actually a really cool place! This building is two blocks away from the Police Station, which I like because it is added safety. Walls in this apartment are very thick, as I don't hear anything going on around me all that often at all. This place is also park friendly! You get a free underground garage parking spot that comes with the rent. You can park outside the building in an area you *technically* can't park between 2 AM and 5 AM, but cops understand parking is a pain so you can park there for free (they are only picky about it during the winter time when it is snowing). Plus The Moline across the street is in the process of getting things finalized for FREE UNDERGROUND INDOOR parking that even we can utilize. Honestly, I am sad to be leaving Gallery Flats. Ignore the person who gave this place a one star, because they clearly don't know what they are talking about. This place is superior. Best apartment I have ever lived in by far. Great place to live
February 1, 2017I have lived here for a month now and have had no issues. Everything in my unit was very clean upon move in, and all the appliances work as they are supposed to. Heather has a ton of knowledge on the property and made my move in process very smooth. The location is great as well. The prices are competitive but certainly not over priced. I researched and toured many apartments before finding this one - and this one ended up being the nicest at a lower cost.Review from Apartments.com
